基于OSA－CBM密封远程监测系统研究

摘要：工业4.0与工业大数据已成为社会广泛关注的热点，深入认识和开张工业4.0与工业大数据的实施与落实，可从根本上推动制造企业生产方式由传统经验型向现代智慧型转变，而这一转变又将成为现代社会进步与发展的重要标志。密封产品的智慧转型与服务升级，主要从两个方面出发来实现：①以人工智能为核心对密封设备的运行和维修服务进行智能化改造，建立基于多智能体机械密封远程监测开放式系统构架；②基于远程监测数据，借助预测与健康管理技术实现对机械密封运行状态评估与剩余寿命预测。最后通过密封设备健康管理体系，实现对密封设备的预知性维修。

Research on Seals Remote Monitoring System Based on OSA－CBM

Abstract：Industry 4.0 with big data has become a hot spot of social attention, it can not only promote the economic transformation and upgrading, but also affect the progress of the society development. Having an in-depth knowledge and understanding of implementation about industry 4.0, it can fundamentally promote manufacturing enterprise production mode transform from the traditional to the modern intelligent, and the shift will also become an important symbol of modern social progress and development. In order to achieve the wisdom transformation of the sealing products, in this paper mainly from two aspects: ①with value creation as the core requirement for intelligent transformation, based on multi-agent system (MAS), the mechanical seal remote monitoring open system architecture is established in this paper; ②based on the remote monitoring data, with the aid of prognostics and health management (PHM) technique to evaluate the running state and predict remaining life of the mechanical seal. Finally, through the seal equipment health management system, it can be implemented than the unexpected maintenance for mechanical seal equipment.
