校园饮用水亚硝酸盐含量检测

摘要:亚硝酸盐过量摄入会对人体造成中毒等危害。饮水是除饮食外摄入亚硝酸盐的主要途径,特别是高校,在校学生人数通常高达几万人,其日常饮用水(热水)一般较为固定,主要为集中供水。为此,针对四川某高校5种常见饮用水的亚硝酸盐含量进行了检测。检测结果表明:饮用水中亚硝酸盐含量会随煮沸次数的增加而增加;自来水及教学楼热水器开水的水头水亚硝酸盐含量高于中段水;四种瓶装水检测结果未见异常。研究作为饮用水健康风险评价的初步工作,可为校园饮用水安全管理提供理论支持。

Nitrite research of drinking water for campus

Abstract:Excessive nitrite intake could cause some health hazards such as poisoned. Drinking is another main way to take in nitrite except eating food. Especially, in campus where have several tens of thousands students, they always have single drinking water (hot-water). Consequently, the nitrite content in 5 kinds of drinking water was measuredina university campus of Sichuan Province. Result: The nitrite content in creased followed by the increment of repeated heating number; The nitrite content of headwater from tap water and boiled water was higher than that of middle water in the teaching buildings; All of the barreled water in this study was qualified in terms of nitrite content. In addition, it does not exclude some inferior barreled water might be unqualified. This study is a primary work for evaluating the water quality and provides theoretical guidance for the safety management of drinking water in campus.
