摩天轮主轴内部缺陷与案例分析

摘要:通过对摩天轮主轴的无损检测,对轴内部常见的白点、夹杂、缩孔、疏松、裂纹等缺陷成形机理进行了相关分析,强调了大型游乐设施重要零部件的超声波检测方法与检测依据,列举了内部常见缺陷的主要显示特征,并对已检测主轴分无缺陷、未超标缺陷、超标缺陷进行分类描述与判断。

Internal defects and cases analysis of ferris wheel’s spindle

Abstract:By detecting Ferris wheel spindle, this paper analyses the relevant forming mechanism of the common internal defects, such as white flake, inner inclusion, shrinkage cavity, porosity and cracks. It emphasizes ultrasonic nondestructive testing method and detection criterion, list the main features of internal common defects which are displayed in ultrasonic testing, and give classification description and judgment about defect free, not excessive defect and excessive defect of detected spindle.
