铝合金低温下力学性能综述

摘要:为满足高速度和轻量化的发展要求,全球约80%以上的高速列车采用铝合金作车体材料。中国高速列车拥有从高寒到热带、沙漠到沿海等十分复杂的运行环境,因此有必要对铝合金材料在低温下力学性能进行研究。对近年来针对不同铝合金材料低温力学性能的文章进行综述,并对低温下铝合金材料力学性能变化机理进行分析与讨论,对铝合金材料低温性能的研究重点和铝合金材料的发展前景进行展望。
关键词:铝合金材料;低温环境;力学性能
Overview on the mechanical properties of aluminum at low temperatures

Abstract:According to the statistics,in order to meet the requirements of the development of high speed and lightweight,more than about 80% of the world's high-speed train body is made of aluminum. From alpine to tropical, desert to coastal Chinese high-speed train have a very complex operating environment,therefore,it is necessary to study the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy at low temperatures. In this paper, recent articles for the low-temperature mechanical properties of different aluminum alloys were reviewed, And the changes mechanism of the mechanical properties of aluminum alloys at low temperatures were analyzed and discussed, the research focus of the mechanical properties of aluminum alloys at low temperatures and the Prospects aluminum alloy were proposed.
