C2回收装置离心压缩机干气密封失效分析及处理

摘要:某公司32万吨/年C2回收装置II系列半产品压缩机在运行过程中,干气密封突然失效,造成装置停车。对干气密封和压缩机系统进行了分析,得出密封失效的根本原因是:在设计初期对主密封气中介质带液及细小的粉尘处理措施考虑不周,造成第一道干气密封静环卡套与轴套间间隙被粉尘堵塞,动静环表面的螺旋槽磨损及静环随动性差,最终导致干气密封失效。根据原因分析,提出相应的解决方案为重新引入一股新氢作为主密封气。

Cause analysis and treatment of dry gas seal failure of centrifugal compressor of C2 recovery unit

Abstract:A company 320000 tons / year C2 recycling device II series of semi product compressor in the operation process, dry gas seal suddenly failed, causing the device to stop. The dry gas seal and compressor system are analyzed, that seal failure root cause: in the design of the main seal gas medium with a liquid and contains fine dust treatment measures are not taken into account in the round, resulting in the first line of dry gas seal static ring is clamped sleeve and the shaft sleeve gap is dust blockage, caused by dynamic and static ring surface of the spiral groove wear and static ring with poor, resulting in dry gas seal failure. According to the cause analysis, the corresponding solution is put forward, and a new type of hydrogen is introduced as the main seal gas.
