卫生纸机卷取部蜗轮丝杆升降机失效分析及对策

摘要：通过对损坏的涡轮和丝杠分析，其失效主要原因为固定装置的紧定螺钉松动，销轴脱落滑出，刮伤丝杠，锡青铜涡轮在受伤锋利的高硬度的丝杠上运行，涡轮丝杠间隙配合过大，一段时间运行后，涡轮磨损严重，最终在轴向力作用下，涡轮完全失效；优化固定装置设计及正确的定期维护后，涡轮丝杠升降机构运行可靠稳定。

Failure analysis and countermeasure about worm gear screw jack in reel section of tissue machine

Abstract：The damaged worm and screw were analyzed, the result showed that the main reason for its failure is that the shaft of its fastening devices went out because its set screw loosed，the shaft scratched screw, the tin bronze worm was running on the damaged sharp high hardness screws, the fit tolerance became bigger between worm and screw，the worm wore seriously after a while, finally，the worm had completely failed in the axial of force; The new worm gear screw jack run reliably and stably after fastening component design was improved and right regular mechanical equipment maintenance was kept.
