基于“森田疗法”的减压产品设计应用研究

摘要：针对目前减压产品设计行为缺乏科学理论指导的现状，探索将森田疗法与减压产品设计结合起来的具体方法。对与森田疗法中的“家庭疗法”和“作业疗法”有着内在关联的产品形态、色彩、质感、交互方式四个方面进行减压产品的设计研究。基于森田疗法，设计减压产品时选择具有“家庭”特质的产品外观，如温和友好、有亲和力的形态；与舒适、安全、放松相关联的颜色；使人身心感到舒适愉悦的快适质感。选择“家庭”环境为产品的使用环境，将产品定位在目标人群喜欢且经常进行的日常生活环节中使用。该日常生活环节要方便设计者设计出自然有趣，符合人们认知规律的产品交互方式。以森田疗法为理论基础，设计出一系列能有效帮助人们缓解压力的产品。

Design and research of the product for decompression based on Morita therapy

Abstract：Presently，there is lack of scientific theory for the de-stresser design. We try to get the specific way to combine Morita therapy and the de-stresser design. Family therapy and occupational therapy are associated with product modality, product color, product substance, interactive mode. From the above four aspects the research on product for decompression has been made. Based on Morita therapy, the de-stresser appearance should have Family qualities such as the friendly or kind product modality, calming product color, comfortable product substance. We could consider “family” as the use environment of de-stresser. This product is positioned in activities of daily life which people always like to do. According to those daily life activities, designer can design all kinds of interesting and natural products. The interactive mode of those products should be in accordance with man’s cognitive structure. Base on the theory of Morita therapy, a series of efficient de-stresser can be designed.
