一种机械式自动饮水机的设计

摘要：为了有效避免弯腰取杯接水以及取杯时触碰杯口的不卫生现象，设计了一种机械式自动饮水机。为了实现自动出杯、脚踏出水的目的，对饮水机传动过程中所用齿轮参数进行了选择，对重要结构的尺寸做出了设计，并对此饮水机进行三维建模与分析，利用SolidWorks软件对机械式饮水机的结构参数进行了优化和修改。同时，分析了轮系中齿轮参数对功能实现的影响，并对传动齿轮进行了设计计算。

The design of a mechanical automatic water dispenser

Abstract：For helping people avoid biting down to take a cup of water and touching the cups insanitary, a new type of automatic water dispenser is designed. For achieving the goal of water flowing by foot and cup out automatically, the parameters of the gears are selected when water dispenser is in working process, and the size of the critical structures are designed . The water dispenser is designed and analyzed by 3-D modeling software. The structural parameters of mechanical water dispenser are modified and optimized by SolidWorks software. Meanwhile, the influence of the gear parameters in the gear train are analyzed. The selected transmission gears are authenticated accurately. The design calculation of drive gear is carried out.
