环境温度对A6N01铝合金焊接接头疲劳性能的影响研究

摘要:不同温度下焊接出的试样焊缝晶粒差别很大,而晶粒的大小对性能有着很大的影响。研究了不同环境温度对A6N01铝合金焊接接头抗拉强度以及疲劳性能的影响。研究结果表明,不同的环境温度并没有对焊接接头的疲劳断裂机理产生本质上的改变。但对接头的疲劳循环周次产生了一定的影响。在导致接头疲劳极限降低的因素中,在环境温度≥0℃时,应力集中占到了主导作用,而在环境温度≤0℃时,焊接冶金缺陷占到了主导作用。

Research on the influence of environment temperature effect on the fatigue properties of A6N01 aluminum alloys welded joints

Abstract:There distributed much difference of grains size were of the weld zone under different welding environment temperature. And the grains size had great effect on the properties of welded joints. The paper investigated the effect of different welding temperature on the tensile strength and fatigue properties. The results showed that the fracture mechanism of the joints didn't change but it had great influence on the cycle of the environment temperature effect. In the main factors which decreased the fatigue properties , when the temperature was higher than 0℃, the stress concentration was the dominant factor and the welding defects was the main reason when the temperature was lower than 0℃.
