钢绳联轴器频率-振型的数值模拟

摘要:为了得到柔性联轴器系统的固有频率和振型,借助Workbench线性模态分析模块,对钢绳联轴器系统两种运动极限状态下的系统固有频率和主振型进行数值计算,巧妙利用接触刚度K与接触面积的关系,得出非线性钢绳联轴器系统的模态参数;模拟加载特性进行谐响应分析,得到敏感响应面在激励状态下对应的频率-振幅曲线,找出各峰值对应的频率。

Numerical simulation of steel rope coupling frequency and vibration type

Abstract:In order to get the inherent frequency and vibration model of flexible coupling system ,this paper use the linear modal analysis module of Workbench to calculate the natural frequency and main modes of the system of wire rope coupling system in two kinds of motion under the limit state, and Ingeniously using the relationship between the contact stiffness K with the contact area, we gain nolinear modal parameters of the wire rope coupling system. And simulate Load features, processing harmonic response analysis, obtain the curve of frequency and amplitude corresponding to sensitive response surface under the excitation state, and find out the corresponding peak frequency.
