深孔加工力学分析及钻削过程模拟

摘要:深孔加工是在封闭状态下进行的,不能直接观察到刀具的切削情况。采用了金属塑性成形仿真软件Deform-3D,用有限元方法动态模拟了深孔钻削过程,预测了加工过程中的温度及应力变化情况,比较了不同钻削参数下温度与等效应力的变化情况,获得了不同切削速度下切削温度及等效应力的变化曲线。分析结果表明:切削温度随切入深度的增加而增大,逐渐趋于平稳,最高温度出现在刀具和切屑接触的位置;切削温度与切削速度成正比,而等效应力随切削参数变化,变化并不大。

Mechanical analysis of deep hole machining and simulation of drilling process

Abstract:Deep hole processing is in the closed condition with gun, which can not directly been observed cutting tool and cut condition. This paper has adopted metal plastic forming simulation software Deform-3D and has simulated deep hole cutting processing course with FEA method; Temperature and the stress have been foreseen in processing course. The variation of temperature and equivalent stress are compared under different drilling parameters, the change curves of cutting temperature and equivalent stress are obtained. It is the result that the cutting temperature increases with the increase of cutting depth, and the maximum temperature appears in the position of cutting tool and chip contact; the cutting temperature is proportional to the cutting speed, but the effect of the cutting parameters has little change to equivalent stress.
