成品油管道主输泵新型高压密封开发

摘要:借助有限元分析软件,建立模型对密封件在高压情况下的变形、受力和磨损情况进行分析,得到对机械密封端面造成磨损的因素有:材料的性能、表面硬度、载荷、滑动速度、表面温度、表面粗糙度、表面粘附物及润滑情况等。其中载荷、滑动速度和润滑情况由应用工况决定无法改变,因而从密封设计上进行改进。主要从以下两个方面改进,一是提高材料强度,选用抗压强度为320 MPa浸金属石墨做动环材料;二是优化零件细微结构,例如增加环体厚度、圆滑处理棱角以减小应力集中等。最后通过柴油和水密封实验验证得到,优化后的密封端面磨损得到明显改善,运行状态良好且无明显可见泄漏。

Nationalization of high pressure seal used in the pumps of refined oil pipeline

Abstract:With the aid of finite element analysis software, set up the model of the seal under the condition of high pressure, get the cause of mechanical seal face wear factors, it including: materials, surface hardness, the performance of load, sliding velocity, surface temperature, surface roughness, surface adhesion and lubrication conditions. Load, sliding velocity and lubrication condition is determined by the applied conditions, it can’t be changed. So mainly from the following two aspects to improve the performance, one is to improve the strength of materials, select the compressive strength of 320 MPa soak metal as graphite ring materials; Second, optimize the structure, such as increasing the thickness of the ring body, smooth edges and corners to reduce the stress concentration and so on. Finally by both diesel and water seal experimental verification, the optimized dramatically improve the seals performance, running in good condition and no visible leakage.
