一种自翻盖可压缩多功能智能垃圾桶的设计

摘要:设计了一种自翻盖可压缩多功能智能垃圾桶,运用曲柄滑块机构、连杆机构构建出机械结构,运用单片机编程实现整个机构的动作电路部分,利用SolidWorks三维建模以及AutoCAD完成机械机构的设计分析。分析了机械及电路模块的设计思路与过程,对编程模块完成垃圾桶多种动作电路的控制作出了分析说明,重点介绍了如何通过单片机控制,实现自翻盖可压缩多功能智能垃圾桶的自动翻盖、语音提示、自动压缩、满箱检测感应等功能。对垃圾桶整体电路的单片机最小系统、AD采集模块以及电机驱动模块作出了详细说明。

Abstract:This passage aims to design a multi-functional electronic sensor automatically flip and compress trash, with the use of slider-crank mechanism, link mechanism, etc to form the mechanical structure and the actuating circuit based on single chip micyoco, also with the use of the SolidWorks and Auto CAD to do the probality analysis of our mechanism design. In this article the process of all the mechanism、the circuit section and the programming driver model design are discussed, and how to use the single microcomputer control to implement tone module、automatic compression and capacity detection are introduced detailedly. detailed description are given in the single chip microcomputer minimum system、the module of AD gathers and the motor drive module.
