打磨粒度对A5083铝合金焊接接头力学及疲劳性能的影响

摘要:对A5083铝合金焊接接头采用不同粒度的打磨片进行打磨,研究了打磨后焊接接头的拉伸性能和疲劳性能差异,并分析其断口形貌与疲劳性能的关系。80目打磨片条件下的焊接接头拥有最大的抗拉强度以及最高的延伸率,而40目打磨片条件下试样的疲劳极限最高。对疲劳断口进行扫描电镜(SEM)观察,发现裂纹源均为焊缝区的焊接缺陷。研究结果表明,打磨片粒度对A5083铝合金焊接接头的拉伸性能和疲劳性能没有明显影响,焊接接头的质量是其力学性能的主要影响因素。

Effect of grinding granularity on mechanical and fatigue properties of welded joints of A5083 aluminum alloys

Abstract:The welded joints of A5083 were fabricated and the tensile properties, fatigue properties and the relationship between fracture characteristics and fatigue properties were investigated. the samples under 80 number grinding granularity had the best tensile strength and elongation rate, but the samples under 40 number grinding granularity had the best fatigue properties. The fracture characteristics were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), which found that crack source all were weld defects. The results showed that the different grinding granularity do not have obvious effect on the tensile strength and fatigue properties of A5083 aluminum alloys and the welding quality is still a major factor affecting the mechanical properties of welded joints.
