摘要:以窄轨客车转向架轮对为分析对象,在评估轮轴静强度的基础上,通过计算车轮和车轴的平均应力和应力幅值校核了循环载荷下转向架轮轴疲劳强度,通过有限元分析软件使用安全系数法直观的评估了转向架轮轴强度及车轮与车轴过盈配合紧固度,为在模型阶段客车轮轴的设计提供改进的依据,为客车的安全运行提供更可靠的保证。

Fatigue strength and tightness analysis and assessment of axle bogie of narrow gauge passenger car

Abstract:Narrow gauge passenger car wheel is analyzed as the object, based on the assessment of the static strength of axles and wheels, the fatigue strength of wheels and axle is checked by calculating the mean stress and stress amplitude under cyclic loading, the tightness of interference fit of the wheels and axle is assessed by the safety factor based on the finite element method, providing an improved basis for the coach axle designing at model stage, providing a more reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the railway coach.
