基于ANSYS Workbench空调配管模态分析与优化

摘要:以某品牌空调压缩机配管为研究对象,利用ANASYS Workbench软件模态计算方法对空调压缩机配管进行动态特性研究。利用Pro/E对空调压缩机配管建立动力学模型,根据ANSYS软件网格划分功能建立其有限元模型并进行模态分析,获得压缩机配管前10阶的固有频率。通过将其与外界激励频率进行校核,获得避免共振产生条件的可行性。在此基础上提出相应的改进措施,从而有效保障管道的安全使用以及有效的控制室外机的噪声。

Modal analysis of the pipe of air conditioning on ANSYS Workbench and optimizating

Abstract:Use the compressor,s pipe of a certain brand of air conditioning as an object, use ANASYS Workbench software to study the dynamic characteristics of the air conditioning compressor's pipe according to the method of modal calculation. First, use Pro/E to set up the dynamic model of the pipe of air conditioning compressor, and establish its finite element model based on meshing capabilities of ANSYS software and carry out modal analysis, then the first 10 natural frequencies of compressor's pipe are obtained. Then check with the outside excitation frequency, in order to avoid the syntonic phenomenon. Propose improvement measures on the basis of this, and guarantee the safety of using the pipeline and control the noise of the outdoor unit effectively.
