低氮燃烧器改造后锅炉迟滞性凸显的原因分析

摘要:为满足节能环保的要求,京隆发电#1炉于2013年6月进行了低氮燃烧器改造,改造后锅炉在运行中迟滞性凸显,飞灰量大,飞灰含碳量增大。通过分析炉内颗粒物对炉内热辐射的作用,发现低氮燃烧器改造后会降低锅炉截面热负荷,使得飞灰量增多,飞灰颗粒增大,飞灰含碳量上升,炉内飞灰密度变大,炉内烟气反照率降低,吸收系数升高,辐射能力增强。从理论上分析了飞灰量大和飞灰含碳量增大的原因,解释了锅炉迟滞性凸显的原因。

The analysis of the causes about boiler hysteresis after low nitrogen burner alteration

Abstract:In order to meet the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection,JingLong Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as our factory)#1 boiler had modified the burner for low NOx in June 2013. While it shows the features of boiler hysteresis highlight, more amount of fly ash and the fly ash carbon content increased in the operation of the modified boiler. Through analysis the effect of particulate matter to furnace heat radiation, found that low NOx after burner alteration can reduce the cross section of boiler heat load,has increase of fly ash and fly ash particles increases, the rise of fly ash carbon content and density of fly ash in the furnace. Furnace flue gas albedo is reduced, the absorption coefficient increases, radiation ability enhancement. This paper theoretically analyzed the causes of large amount of fly ash and the increase of fly ash carbon content, the reasons of boiler hysteresis highlight were also explained.
