环境湿度对A5083铝合金焊接接头力学性能及微观组织的影响

摘要:在50%、90%的湿度条件下对A5083铝合金焊接接头进行焊接,测试不同环境湿度条件下焊接接头的拉伸强度、冲击韧性、硬度以及显微组织。研究结果表明,随着湿度条件的升高,接头的抗拉强度和冲击韧性均存在整体下降的趋势,90%湿度条件下获得的焊接接头的硬度存在起伏。除了微观组织晶粒存在的长大现象外,大量的气孔产生是降低接头性能主要因素。

Abstract:The welded joints of A5083 are fabricated and the tensile strength, impact toughness, microhardness and microstructure were studied. The results showed that the tensile strength and impact toughness were decreased and the microhardness changed up and down. The large amount of porosity was the dominant element that decreased the properties of welded joints besides the grown up of the grains.
