车载平台的液压调平系统设计

摘要:载重平台工作时需要将平台调整到水平状态以提高系统的工作性能,本文旨在设计一种控制方法,应用于液压调平控制系统中。考虑了常规PID控制的参数不可调节性,采用了可以自动调整控制器参数的自适应控制方法,并对两种控制方法进行比较。根据液压缸工作原理,建立液压支腿建立数学模型,在Matlab/Simulink中分别建立两种控制方法的仿真模型,并对仿真结果进行比较。结果表明自适应控制相对于常规PID控制而言具有较强的鲁棒性、稳态精度高,能够很好地完成对承载平台的调平。

The hydraulic leveling system design of vehicle platform

Abstract:When the load platform works, it needs to be adjusted to the level state platform in order to improve the work performance of the system. The purpose of this article is to design a kind of control method, which will be used in the hydraulic leveling control system. Considering the parameters of the conventional PID control  cannot be regulated, it uses adaptive control which can adjust the controller parameters adaptively, and compare the two control methods. According to the working principle of the hydraulic cylinder to establish mathematical model of hydraulic leg, then the two kinds of control methods set up simulation models respectively in Matlab/ Simulink, and compare the simulation results. The results show that adaptive control relative to the conventional PID control has strong robustness, high steady state accuracy, it is able to complete the bearing platform of leveling.
