基于ANSYS分析异种钢辊子焊接温度场

摘要:轧机设备中的辊子是轧钢机的主要部件,通过对轧机设备中辊子的辊套和辊颈配合装配焊接温度场数值模拟,得出了移动的焊接熔池表面形状呈现着椭圆形拖尾的彗星状以及各时间段焊接温度场的分布情况,且进一步分析了焊接热过程骤冷骤热现象。并且在不同预热温度的前提下,研究了焊接熔池最高温度的变化情况,得出了二者之间的关系曲线。

Abstract:The roller is the main component of the rolling mill, with the numerical simulation of rolling mill equipment of the roller of the roller sleeve and roller neck of assembly welding temperature field, coming to the surface shape of the weld pool movement presents the oval-shaped trailing comet and the distribution of each of the periods welding temperature field, and analyzing the welding process of quenching heat phenomenon. However, based on the preheating temperature at different premise, We studied the changes in the maximum temperature of the weld pool, and obtained the relationship between the two curves.
