某8×8越野车后悬架系统拆解方便性探讨

摘要：从技术性和环境性两方面，分解出拆解效率、紧固件比例、可达性不好的零件比例、标准化件数系数、拆解过程噪声系数、液体排放系数等6项具体参考指标，提出了拆解方便性的评价方法，可用于单个零部件总成的拆解方便性评价，也可用于评价系统总成或整车。以某8×8越野车后悬架系统为例，具体计算了单个零部件总成及系统总成的拆解方便性指标值，验证了拆解方便性评价的可行性。

Discussion on disassemblability of the rear suspension system in 8×8 truck

Abstract：From the technical and environmental aspects, factoring out six specific reference, dismantling efficiency, fasteners proportion, The ratio of inaccessibility parts, standardized parts coefficient, dismantling noise coefficient, liquid discharge coefficient, proposing the evaluation methodology of disassemblability which can be used to appraise the disassemblability of the individual components, and function modules, vehicle also. Take the rear suspension system in 8×8 Truck for example, calculated the disassemblability degree of the function modules and system assembly, verified the practicability of the evaluation of disassemblability.
