基于拓扑优化的发动机支架的结构设计

摘要:在HyperMesh中建立了汽车发动机的安装支架有限元模型,利用Radioss求解器进行强度分析计算。运用OptiStruct优化分析软件对发动机支架在满足最危险工况的要求下进行了拓扑优化,根据拓扑优化的结果确定支架的材料合理布局方式,最终在满足设计要求的情况下成功确定了合理的设计方案。

Structure design of engine bracket based on topology optimization

Abstract:In this paper, the finite element model of the car engine bracket was established in HyperMesh, completed the strength calculation and analysis with Radioss solver. The topology optimization of engine bracket was carried out by OptiStruct in the most dangerous working condition. Determined the reasonable layout of material according to the topology optimization results, meeted the design requirements and acquired the reasonable design.
