基于ARM的多通道光源控制器设计

摘要:在机器视觉检测中,获得稳定优质的图像是关键,因此照明系统稳定持久的工作至关重要。针对实际生产过程中需对多个光源进行控制的需求,设计了一种基于ARM的多通道高稳定光源控制器。整个控制器系统采用PI闭环控制,且实现了普通、频闪、外部触发三种照明方式,外部触发方式在实际工作中,既保证了光源足够的亮度和稳定性,又能极大延长LED寿命,且显著降低了功耗。

Abstract:In machine vision inspection, is important to obtain stable high quality images. The operation of stability for the lighting system is crucial. A number of light sources need to be controlled for the actual production process. Designed an arm-based multi-channel high stability of light controller, the entire controller system with PI closed-loop control. And realize the common, stroboscope, external trigger of three ways for lighting system. External trigger mode in practice, not only ensure the enough intensity and stability of the light source, and can greatly prolong the life of the LED, and significantly reduces the power consumption.
