基于模流分析技术的塑件翘曲变形优化研究

摘要:为了优化塑件产品质量,运用模流分析技术进行模拟分析。以优化塑件翘曲变形为目标,通过分离引起翘曲变形的独立因素的方法,明确引起翘曲变形的主要因素,有针对性地优化模具结构。分析结果表明,塑件总的翘曲变形值和平面度均符合预期要求,可以满足使用要求。将模流分析技术应用于塑件模具设计的实际生产中,可极大减少试模次数、缩短产品开发周期,提高产品质量、降低生产成本。

Abstract:In order to optimize the quality of plastic parts, the simulation analysis was carried out by using the moldflow analysis technique. In order to optimize the warping deformation of the plastic part as the target, the main factor that caused the warping deformation was clearly caused by the separation of the independent factors of the warping deformation. The analysis results show that the total warping deformation value and plane of the plastic part are in line with the expected requirements. Application of moldflow analysis technique in plastic mold design for the actual production can greatly reduce the number of trial, shorten the product development cycle, not only improve the product quality, but also reduce the production cost.
