钻具稳定器专用数控机床设计

摘要:针对钻具稳定器的结构特点,并结合用户实际需求,开发设计了专用数控机床来解决稳定器高效加工问题。综合考虑加工效率和经济成本,选取端铣刀铣削为主运动和使用A轴进行钻孔的切削方法。最后,进行试切实验,切削运动关系和加工质量都可以满足设计和使用要求。对钻具稳定器专用数控机床的开发研制,实现了钻具稳定器加工精度和效率的进一步提高。

Abstract:Aiming at the structural characteristics of the drilling stabilizer, and combining with the actual needs of users,the special CNC machine has been designed to solve the problem of high efficiency. Considering the processing efficiency and economic costs, selecting the cutting methods of butt mill cutting as the main movement and drilling with A axis. Finally, cutting sports relationships and processing quality are both to meet the requirements of design and use, with the trial experiments. The successful design and application of the special CNC machine of drilling tool stabilizer will further improved the accuracy and efficiency.
