基于CATIA复杂钣金构件的快速展开

摘要:复杂钣金构件的快速准确展开是工程上的难题,通过对钣金件展开的常用方法的了解,以圆顶半圆底为例,以传统AutoCAD几何图解法为绘图基础,对图形进行分解,借助于CATIA对钣金件三维模型优化,实现了零件的自动、快速展开。

Rapid unfolding of complex sheet metal based on CATIA

Abstract:Expand the complex sheet metal components quickly and accurately is a problem on the project, through the understanding of common method of unfolding the sheet metal, for example, to the dome semicircle bottom the traditional AutoCAD drawing geometric graphic method is based on the decomposition of the graph, with the CATIA 3D model of the sheet metal optimized to achieve automatic, rapid deployment of parts.
