基于Deform的错齿BTA深孔钻受力特性研究

摘要:深孔钻削加工是机械加工中难度比较大的加工方式之一,钻头在工件内部钻削加工过程中具有不可观测性。通过对错齿BTA内排屑深孔钻进行实体建模,用有限元仿真方法研究了其在钻削时轴向力和扭矩的变化趋势和特点,即钻头接触工件时受冲击和入钻时的受力波动较大。分析了引起深孔钻头受力波动的应对措施,如预制导向孔、减小钻尖高度、添置减振块等,对进一步的理论分析和实际生产具有指导意义。

Research on the mechanical characteristics of the deep hole drilling BTA based on deform

Abstract:Deep hole drilling is one of the difficult machining methods in machining, and the drilling head within the workpiece is unobservable. In this paper, the solid modeling of the BTA deep hole drill is carried out, and the variation trend and characteristics of the axial force and torque are studied by finite element method. The deep hole drill is subjected to shock when it contact with the workpiece, and the fluctuation of deep hole drill larger when drill flow into the workpiece. Analyzed the improvement measures of deep hole drill stress fluctuation, such as prefabricated pilot hole, reduce the drill tip height, add damping, and important guiding significance will be produced to the further theory analysis and practical production.
